Older adults are more susceptible to age-related conditions that may inhibit their ability to make important health and financial decisions. What delegations of authority can be put in place that allow someone else to "call the shots," if you are unable to do so? Perhaps you've heard about Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Guardianship? What do these terms mean and what are the advantages or disadvantages, if any, that are associated with these legal designations?

With nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, medical assistance planning, and guardianship, Attorney at Law Gardner will share her insights about the various options available that can assure your affairs are handled properly.

"Savvy Seniors Series," is a free monthly information session that is open to the general public and is held on the first Wednesday of the month from 3:45 to 5 p.m. at The Classic.
